Zinc Plating

Four automated acid zinc lines. Two rack lines and two barrel lines. We can provide Clear and Yellow finishes over zinc. We use Trivalent Processes, and are compliant with European Regulations-ELV, RoHS, and WEEE. We can provide enhancers and sealers for added corrosion protection if needed. High volume capabilities.

Decorative Nickel Plating

Automated rack line for plating on steel, copper, and brass. High volume capabilities.

Lacquering

We can lacquer nickel plating, if requested, and offer this process for extra protection on your previously plated parts.
